5. Suggested Dosing
Suggested dosing starts with 3-4 drops under the tongue, delivering 6-8 mg of CBD. Let the CBD sit under the tongue for a full minute before swallowing. Most of the time this is the only amount you'll need. For some, to feel the full effect, it helps to take it daily because it stays in your body for up to a week and has a cumulative effect. 
 
Increase the dose by another drop or two if you’re not feeling its effects at the end of a week. Increase by a drop or two every week until the desired effect occurs.
The effects last anywhere from 4-8 hours. Repeat as needed.
It is best to start with a small dose and work your way up as needed. The goal is to take only what you need.
