195. Yes! Yes! Yes! Organic CBD Lube: Why I Made It and What's Inside.

I spent 13 years as a Registered Nurse at a Harvard teaching hospital. Today I'm a clinical herbalist, and my formulations draw on a hereditary Irish herbalism tradition documented to 1100 AD. This isn't mass production. Yes! Yes! Yes! is an organic, plant-based lubricant, expertly hand-made.
Spiral Herbal Remedies Organic CBD Lube: A return to the sacred and the divine.
Halloween is celebrated at the end of this week. It grew out of an ancient Celtic festival called Samhain that marks a time when the veil between realms thins. The Celts held their ceremonies alongside stone monuments built thousands of years earlier by Neolithic farmers, monuments that celebrate the divine union of the feminine and masculine. I wrote about this, and what replaced it, in our Samhain post.
Our culture has forgotten history, our link to the divine, the landscape, and our responsibilities to the generative body. Ancient cultures teach us that sex was a sacred act, a divine union, giving and receiving, and sometimes generative. We exist because of it.
It was built on mutual consent and choice. It lived among people who look after one another. It carries responsibilities that are not to be taken lightly. When there is respect and equity, pleasure can reach other planes of existence.
Women's pleasure was the first thing to go quiet. According to an NIH review, about 15% of premenopausal women have vaginal symptoms like dryness, burning, irritation, and pain with sex. After menopause, that number rises to about 40% to 54% (Carlson & Vadakekut, 2026). About 10% of reproductive-age women have endometriosis, and the NIH says that is likely an underestimate because many go unreported or undiagnosed (Halvorson, NICHD, 2018).
We don't talk about it, but it's time to start.
Yes! Yes! Yes! Reopen possibility, reciprocity, divinity. I first made it for a friend, and it grew from there. I use Yes! Yes! Yes! CBD Lube myself, and it has been transformative. I've heard from many others who say the same. It is one of our best sellers in the shop.
And women aren't the only ones having fun. If you're a man and your partner is happy: win! Same-sex male partners: win! Use it by yourself: win! Who doesn't love an organic, plant-based lube?

People ask what is in it, so here is everything. Four ingredients. All Organic, as usual.
Organic extra virgin coconut oil is cold-pressed and unrefined, made from fresh coconuts. It is a gentle, soothing moisturizer that gives the lube its smooth glide.
Organic aloe vera adds to the glide, and it has been used traditionally to cool and soothe delicate skin.
Organic calendula extracted in organic olive oil has been used in herbal practice for generations to soothe and care for delicate skin. Pre-clinical research found that calendula extract reduced swelling and lowered inflammatory markers (Shahane et al., 2023).
Organic CBD isolate is the last ingredient. It is 100% THC-free. In a trial of 40 women with chronic vulvar pain, women who applied a gel with CBD reported a greater improvement in painful intercourse than those given a placebo gel (Murina et al., 2025).
There are no synthetic additives, fragrances, or harsh chemicals. Every batch of CBD goes to an independent third-party lab. The Certificate of Analysis is in the photo gallery on the product page. It is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
Using it
Apply a small amount, massage it in, and allow a few minutes for absorption before use. It's a cream below 76 degrees and becomes a liquid above it. If it melts, shake it before use to keep the CBD evenly distributed. Storing it in the refrigerator keeps it a cream. It's fun to bring into foreplay. Take your time, enjoy.
Is it edible? Yes, every ingredient is food-grade.
If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, do not use it. Stop using it right away if you notice irritation or any reaction.
